Production Description:

Reverse osmosis pure water equipment adopts automatic control mode to reduce the influence of human error operation on the equipment belt. In the pretreatment system, the design of reduction system was adopted to solve the irreparable effect of excessive residual chlorine on the reverse osmosis membrane. The reverse osmosis membrane selection adopts the original imported reverse osmosis membrane from the United States, which has a service life of up to 3 years and an effluent conductivity of less than 5us. Pump selection of domestic south pump and imported Grundfos pump, low noise, long service life. We use Dow Company's professional design software, the recovery rate can reach more than 65%. High degree of automation, simple operation, stable water quality, low operating costs are well received.

Maintance:

1. The water entering the RO film should strictly control the residual chlorine content below 0.1ppm, the method is: the sampling port of the adsorption filter is connected with water, detected with residual chlorine determination agent, if exceeded, the activated carbon filter material should be replaced. 3. If the water intake is insufficient or the pressure is too low, the water shortage and underpressure system of the machine will automatically stop the equipment.
