1. Brackish Water System Description
Reverse osmosis process uses semi permeable spiral wound membranes to separate and remove dissolved solids, organic, pyrogens, sub micron colloidal matter and bacteria from water. Feed water is delivered under a pressure of approximately 16 kg/cm2 through reverse osmosis membranes. Waterpermeates the minute pores of the membrane and is delivered as purified water. Impurities in the water are concentrated in the reject stream and flushed to drain. Reverse osmosis is capable of removing 90-99% of total dissolved solids (TDS), 99% of organic, including pyrogens, and 99% bacterials in the feed water.

3. Brackish Water System Processing
Raw water→ raw water pump→quartz sand filter →activated carbon filter→chemical dosing system→security filter→high pressure pump→ro system→water supply point
Brackish water from the water pump into the quartz sand (multi-media filter) and activated carbon filtration system filtration. Filtered water after water quality reduction, PH adjustment and scale inhibitor added after the access to the precision and security filtration system, filtered low pressure brackish water all the way into the high-pressure pump pressure, the other way into the pressure exchange energy recovery device, after pressurized pump pressurized with high pressure pump into the reverse osmosis membrane reactor system. High-pressure brackish water in the membrane reactor under the treatment of the formation of fresh water through the membrane after water quality adjustment into the fresh water tank storage. The rest of the high pressure concentrated water enters the pressure exchange energy recovery unit to recover the energy after discharge.
