Description of reverse osmosis system:

Our standard reverse osmosis/ro system is one of the the most popular type of water treatment plant in our company,among coastal country, such as African country,South American and Asian country to treat the salty water with high TDS.

The raw water through the pretreatment,it can remove the suspend solid,colloid,particle,impurities,turbidity,colloid, microbe, color,taste in water.

Then the wate through the ro system ,it can remove all the impurities such as ions,bacteria,dissolved salts...

The water coming out is pure drinking water, beverage water, medical industrial water, chemical industrial using water,boiler water for industry...

RO Water Treatment System Performance
⇒ Main part (membrane) of reverse osmosis system is imported from USA.
⇒ Auto stop when no water and full water.
⇒ Auto controller, RO membrane auto flush to protect membrane.
⇒ Auto start when pure water tank have no water.
⇒ Low pressure protection switch to protect high pressure pump when there is no raw water.
⇒ High efficient and low noise high pressure pump.
⇒ Product water conductivity meter to monitor product water quality all the time.
⇒ Input water and output water pressure gauge to monitor RO membrane *differential pressure to remind it's time for chemical cleaning.
⇒ Inlet water solenoid valve to stop water when machine is stop.
RO Water Treatment System Processing

(Water softener,dosing system,CIP washing system,ozone generator or UV can be added if you need it. It depends on the quality of raw water/ouput water using.

raw water→raw water tank→raw water pump→sand filter+ carbon filter→water softener→security filter→high pressure pump→reverse osmosis system→ water supply points
