Industrial RO Water Treatment Plant 18000lph SUS304 Drinking Water Filtration System

This is the machine Customer’s fourth order to Uzbekistan.

18000LPH RO system for selling bottle drinking line.

RO system is raw water through precision filter, granular activated carbon filters, activated carbon

filters, compression, and then through the pump pressure, the use of reverse osmosis membrane

pore size 1/10000μm make a higher concentration of water into low concentration of water, while

the industrial pollutants, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses and other impurities in the water mixed

with a large number of full isolation, to achieve the required physical and chemical indicators for

drinking and hygiene standards, outputs to clean pure water is the best choice of body replenish

water quality. It is key equipment of pure water plant.

Every part of the RO water treatment

Raw water tank

Store water, buffering pressure, overcome instability of supplying water by pipe, ensure to supply water stably and continuously for whole system

Raw water pump

Provide needed pressure for every pre-treatment filter

Quartz sand filter

We use fiber glass or stainless steel vessel as housing, fill quarts sand, it can filter big particles impurities, suspended substances, colloids etc.

Activated carbon filter

We use fiber glass or stainless steel vessel as housing, fill activated carbon, remove color, odor, residual chlorine and organics substances.

Water softener(Optional)

Adopt cation resin to soften water, cation resin will absorb Ca2+, Mg2+(main elements for composing scale), reduce hardness of raw water, System can make resin intelligently regenerate, recycling

Security filter

Prevent large particles, bacteria, viruses into RO membrane, accuracy is 5µm

High pressure pump

Provide needed working pressure for RO system, ensure production capacity of pure water.

RO membrane
