This is the machine Customer’s fourth order to Uzbekistan,

18000LPH RO system for selling bottle drinking line.

What is Reverse Osmosis( RO)

Reverse osmosis (RO) is a water purification process in which water is forced through a semi-permeable membrane that removes 90-99% of tap water impurities. The result is water that is free of minerals and other contaminants. Membrane type determines the amount of dissolved solids a unit is capable of removing.

Working process

1. Raw water pump-- provide the pressure to quartz sand filter/active carbon filter.
2. Multi-medium filter-- get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid, ect
3. Active Carbon filter--Remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter, ect.
4. Softener--exchange "ions" of calcium and magnesium with the most common and easiest method.
5. Micron filter--prevent large particles, bacteria, viruses into RO membrane, accuracy is 5um,
6. High pressure pump-- Provide the high pressure to RO membrane ro.
7. RO system-- main part of the plant. The RO membrane's desalting rate can reach 99%, removing over 99% ions.

Application:
1. Preparation of beverage industry, drinking pure water, natural water, mineral water, distilled water, mineral water;
2. Pure water for food factory, pure water for milk, pure water for fruit juice, pure water for food additives;
3. Pure water for preparation of blending wine produced, pure water for beer saccharification cast materials and pure water for draft beer filtration;
4. Hotels, buildings, communities, high-quality direct drinking water;

*Main part (membrane) of reverse osmosis system is imported from USA.
*Auto stop when no water and full water.
*Auto controller, RO membrane auto flush to protect membrane.
*Auto start when pure water tank have no water.
*Low pressure protection switch to protect high pressure pump when there is no raw water.
*High efficient and low noise high pressure pump.
*Product water conductivity meter to monitor product water quality all the time.
*Input water and output water pressure gauge to monitor RO membrane

*differential pressure to remind it’s time for chemical cleaning.
*Inlet water solenoid valve to stop water when machine is stop.
