Product Description

The brackish water system can be used for the area where underground water in high salty and near sea. (Brackish feed water TDS between 2000ppm and 20000ppm. Capacity range 250L/H - 300m3/H.

Brackish water from the raw water pump into the quartz sand (multi-media filter) and activated carbon filter. Filtered water after water quality reduction, PH adjustment and scale inhibitor added after the access to the precision and security filter, filtered low pressure brackish water all the way into the high-pressure pump pressure, the other way into the pressure exchange energy recovery device, after pressurized pump pressurized with high pressure pump into the reverse osmosis membrane reactor system. High-pressure brackish water in the membrane reactor under the treatment of the formation of fresh water through the membrane after water quality adjustment into the fresh water tank storage. The rest of the high pressure concentrated water enters the pressure exchange energy recovery unit to recover the energy after discharge.

Product Process

Raw water ->Raw water tank(buyer supply) -> Raw water pump -> Quartz sand filter ->Active carbon filter->Antiscale dosing system->Security filter-> High pressure pump -> RO equipment->Pure water tank(buyer supply)->Water supply point

Some parts function:

1. Raw water pump: provide needed pressure for every pre-treatment filter;
2. Quartz sand filter: use fiber glass as housing, fill quartz sand, it can filter big particles impurities, suspended substances, colloids etc. Important to remove iron and sediments you mentioned;^^
3. Activated carbon filter: use fiber glass as housing, fill activated carbon, remove color, odor, residual chlorine and organics substances;
4. Security filter: prevent large particles, bacteria, viruses into RO membrane, accuracy is 5µm;
5. High pressure pump: provide needed working pressure for RO system, ensure production capacity of pure water;
6. RO system: can remove particles, colloids, organic impurities, heavy metal ions, bacteria, virus, heat source etc. harmful substances and 99% dissolved salts.
7. Ozone generator(for bottled drinking): can continue to kill bacteria even water fill into bottled,viruses,cell damage,atc...
