The Basic Working Principle of RO Water Treatment System
1:Pre-treatment system
It mainly includes: raw water pump, quartz sand filter, dosing device, security filter, precision filter. Its main function is to reduce the pollution index of raw water and other impurities such as residual chlorine, so as to meet the water inlet requirements of reverse osmosis. The equipment configuration of the pretreatment system should be determined according to the specific conditions of the raw water.
2:Reverse Osmosis system
It mainly includes multi-stage high-pressure pumps, reverse osmosis membrane elements, membrane casings (pressure vessels), pressure instruments, flow meters, brackets, etc. Its main function is to remove impurities in the water and make the effluent meet the requirements of use. According to water requirements, a single-stage reverse osmosis device or a double-stage reverse osmosis device can be used.
