Product Description of Pharmaceutical Water Purification System

RO EDI water treatment system is a membrane separation technology developed, which mainly uses the principle of semi-permeable membrane osmosis. By applying pressure in the natural permeation direction, it resists the force of water in the concentrated solution, so that the solution is diluted into a certain way. This type of osmosis is called reverse osmosis. The reverse osmosis device composed of this device is a reverse osmosis device.

Pharmaceutical Water Purification equipment is a device used to meet medical needs to prepare purified water. The entire system is composed of sanitary stainless steel and must be equipped with a sterilization device before the point of use.

Main Process of Reverse Osmosis System With EDI System

Main Process Function
Raw water pump Provide the pressure to sand/carbon filter
Quartz Sand filter Get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid and so on
Active Carbon filter Remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter and so on
Softener or antiscale dosing system Reduce the hardness of water
Micron filter Prevent any deposition of large Particles, most of the bacteria, and viruses into the RO membrane, The accuracy is 5um, for holding back any large particulates such as large iron, dust, suspended matter, impurity.
