Automatic Control Brackish Water Treatment Plant RO Purification System
Reverse osmosis (RO) is a water purification technology that uses a semipermeable membrane to remove ions, molecules and larger particles from drinking water. In reverse osmosis, an applied pressure is used to overcome osmotic pressure, a colligative property, that is driven by chemical potential differences of the solvent, a thermodynamic parameter. Reverse osmosis can remove many types of dissolved and suspended species from water, including bacteria, and is used in both industrial processes and the production of potable water.

Reverse Osmosis System
The reverse osmosis system includes high pressure pump, reverse osmosis membrane element, pressure vessel (membrane shell), cleaning system and control instrument, etc.
1. High Pressure Pump:Provide the high pressure to RO membrane;
2. Reverse osmosis membrane: It is mainly responsible for removing soluble salts, colloids, organic matter and microorganisms in water. It can remove more than 97% of ions in water, and can also effectively remove TOC and endotoxin, with a TOC removal rate of 90%;
3. Membrane shell: We can provide stainless steel or FRP membrane shells to meet your needs;
How a Reverse Osmosis System Works?
Reverse osmosis (R/O) is a water treatment process in which water is forced through a semi-permeable membrane that has very small holes or "pores". RO performs a separation without a phase change. Thus, the energy requirements are low.RO systems are compact, and space requirements are less than with other desalting systems, e.g. distillation.
Reverse Osmosis works by using a high pressure pump to increase the pressure on the salt side of the RO and force the water across the semi-permeable RO membrane, leaving almost all (around 95% to 99%) of dissolved salts behind in the reject stream.
To Choose the Reverse Osmosis System That Meets Your Needs, Please Let Us Know the Following Questions
1. Where does the raw water come from? (Tap water, groundwater well water, river water, lake water...), it is recommended that you provide a water quality report;
2. What industries would you like to use water for? For example, for drinking water purification, we may provide you with a single-stage reverse osmosis system; according to your different needs, we will recommend more suitable products for you;
3. What is the budget for the product? We provide domestic pumps and imported pumps, and the import price may be higher; we have automatic and manual pretreatment equipment, and the automatic price will be higher;
4. What is the local power supply and voltage?
5. What are the specific local plumbing standards?
6. Is the electrical control part an ordinary relay control? Or is the whole system PLC program control?
7. Additional requirements for equipment.
