Drinking Water RO System preprocessing requirements:

Drinking Water RO System maintenance:
A. Long-term uninterrupted operation can inhibit the growth of bacteria, and can also dissolve the pollutants or loose on the membrane.
B. Recycle of concentrated water. The advantage is that the lateral flow rate is increased, so that the pollutants on the membrane surface can be washed away. The disadvantage is that the capacity of the RO feed pump is increased, and the salt content of the RO membrane water is also increased by 10%.
C. Low-pressure flushing after each operation stop. The advantage is that contaminants and concentrated water are flushed out of the membrane elements.
D. Regular low-pressure flushing and regular disinfection during long-term outages. Standing water can cause serious microbial contamination problems when an RO system is out of service for an extended period of time, especially in warmer climates. First, use the reverse osmosis product water to flush out the concentrated water in the system, and flush it regularly to keep the stagnant water on the surface of the membrane element flushed out to prevent biological growth.
