Product Introduction of RO Water Treatment System
RO system is widely used in water treatment, purification for tap water, well water, underground water, borehole salty water, brackish water and seawater, pure water and ultra-pure water production. Application area such as, food processing, bottled drinking water, home use drinking water, power stations, electronic industries, cosmetics production, pharmaceuticals manufactories, and medical treatment(such as hemodialysis). The Basic Working Principle of RO Water Treatment System
After a special high-pressure pump, when the raw water is added to a pressure of 6-20 kg, the raw water permeates through the reverse osmosis membrane with a pore size of only 0.0001 microns under the action of pressure. Chemical ions, bacteria, fungi, and virions cannot pass through, and are discharged with wastewater. Only water molecules and solvents with a volume of less than 0.0001 microns are allowed to pass through.

Process flow of RO Water Treatment System
the source water is pumped into the quartz sand filter to get rid of rust, sediment, colloidal substances suspended solids, fibrous materials, then to active carbon filter to adsorption of hydrocarbon compounds, removal of the color, odor, a large number of biological organisms, reducing the water I halogen and pesticide pollutants, water and other contaminants trichloride, next step is go to the sodium filter to soften water, reduce water hardness, the water can be effectively adsorbed metal ions, thereby removing the scale in water, then to precison filter to get rid of the very tiny particles,these step we call it pretreatment, after that the pretreated water go into the reverse osmosis device,since the reverse osmosis membrane pore size is very small ,it will effectively remove the water soluble salts, colloids, microorganisms, organic matter, etc. finally the source water is treated to output of pure water.
