• Workout Alarm Set: :

To Use Your Multifunction Jumping Rope :

The counter will start automatically when you begin jumping. The loop counter will begin counting too and shows "6" on the LCD after 6 jumps in a row to avoid meaning less actions before exercise.

2 ~ 3 seconds after stopping the jumping, the calorie consumption value will be displayed. To start over, press “ RESET/ON ”, and you weight and workout alarm must be input again.

This jumping rope will shut down automatically if not activated within 8 minutes. To resume use, press “ RESET/ON ” once and it will function properly.
