Stand upright with your legs together at the knees, holding one end of the rope in each hand.

Cross the rope, spread your legs further forward, and land in a squatting position. Then while jumping the rope backwards, perform a one-legged jump and stand straight with your legs together. Jump forward again, repeat the squatting position, jump back still taking off from one foot, and repeatedly change the standing jumping position and squatting position (similar to the squat exercise) and repeat the change for one minute.
