Tips for running

To determine your level of exercise, you can take some tests after three to four months of running, using the distance completed in 12 minutes as the starting point for calculating your level.

30-39 years old age group, 12 minutes to run the distance of less than 1.5-1.8 km, indicating that the level of exercise is poor; If it can reach 1.8-2.6 km, it means that the exercise level is good; If you can exceed 2.6 kilometers, you have achieved excellent exercise level.

In the 40-49 age group, people with poor exercise level ran less than 1.6 kilometers per 12 minutes; Good for 1.7-2.4 km; The best is more than 2.5 kilometers. Poor, good and excellent people over 50 years old ran within 1.5 km, 1.6-2.4 km and more than 2.5 km per 12 minutes, respectively.
