Automotive Interior Trims PVD Plating has 2 methods: thermal resistance evaporation and magnetron sputtering coating technology. Compared with sputtering deposition, thermal evaporation has fast cycle time, machine is much more cheaper advantages; however its disadvantage is: have to add new deposition materials every batch and change new evaporation source regularly-- generally every 12 ~ 15 batches.
