The Sanitary PVD Ion Plating Machine can coat various substrates materials products like: ceramic, glass, crystal, metal alloys, Stainless steel, even ABS products with different proper pre-treatment process.

With directly PVD plating process, we can get PVDfinishing colors on glass, ceramic and stainless steel; however, other materials like ABS, Brass, metal alloy do require a base coating layer, generally it is electroplating method ( EP ).
