High Strength Steel Cord

It is made of qualified high carbon steel with surface coating, drawing, twisting and other processes. The steel cord is one of the main framework materials of car tire. Steel cord is classed from normal strength (NT) to high strength (HT), and super high strength (ST) and ultra high strength (UT). We normally select HT and ST for RTP pipe.

Features: High tensile strength up to 3500N. The steel cord is made of multi strands of fine steel wire with excellent softness after surface treatment, the anti-corrosion performance of the steel is significantly improved.

Through the tape making machine and technology developed by Goldstone, numbers of steel cords are bonded with polyethylene and made into a reinforced tape.
