The continuous composite pipe is composed of an inner lining transmission layer, an intermediate reinforcing layer and an outer
protective layer, and is not bonded between layers. The inner transmission layer and outer protective layer are extruded with
different polymer materials according to different working conditions, and the middle reinforcing layer is made of high strength fiber cross winding. The main products are flexible composite plastic high pressure conveying pipe, reinforced ultra-high molecular continuous composite pipe, high temperature resistant continuous composite pipe, high barrier gas transmission
continuous composite pipe.
It is mainly used in oil and gas field gathering and transportation pipeline, high-pressure alcohol injection pipeline,
high-pressure water injection pipeline, sewage transmission pipeline, shale gas centralized water supply pipeline, fracturing
flowback fluid recovery and utilization pipeline, coal-bed methane transportation, brine transportation, chemical pipeline, hot
spring water transportation and other fields. The pipe has the advantages of high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance,
impact resistance, no scaling, small resistance, no pollution, long life, good flexibility, quick construction and so on.
