(1) Structure and performance


Inner layer: Ultra high polymer materials (PE100, PE-RT (XRT70), PEX (Bridge S1) UHMW-PE (Yanshan Petrochemical 2.5 million), PA11/12, PVDF (90165)) (material properties refer to Appendix 2).


Reinforcement layer: high-strength non-metallic fibers such as polyester filament, carbon fiber filament, aramid prepreg tape, glass fiber prepreg tape, etc


Outer layer: PE polymer material


Pipe specification: DN40mm-500mm


Nominal pressure: 1.0MPa-4MPa

Medium temperature: -40 to 85 ℃
