Introduction:

When a balancing diaphragm is installed, the differential pressure between the inlet pressure and the outlet pressure of the regulator can be increased. In the regulator industry, it is called a balance diaphragm in terms of use, and it is called a rolling diaphragm in the rubber, instrument, machinery and other industries.

Materials details:

For the present, common materials for rolling diaphragm are: natural rubber (NR), nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), the performance of the two materials can meet the needs of most industrial environments. In special industrial environments (high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance) could use EPDM, fluorine rubber (FKM), neoprene rubber (CR) for production, but the cost is relatively high.
