110L Pneumatic Down-Pressure Rubber Kneader Mixer Can Mix Rubber With A Maximum Hardness Of 80 Shore A
The 110L pneumatic downward pressure rubber kneading machine is a key equipment in the rubber processing industry, mainly used for the plasticating and mixing of rubber and plastic materials1. It can mix various additives and rubber evenly under closed and pressurized conditions, improving production efficiency, reducing labor intensity, and ensuring stable product quality1.
- Pneumatic Downward Pressure System: The pneumatic device generates downward pressure, which acts on the ram of the kneading machine. During the mixing process, the pressure helps break and rearrange the rubber molecular chains, promoting the uniform mixing of various additives with the rubber and improving the mixing effect.
- Rotor Agitation: The rotors inside the machine rotate at a specific speed and direction to shear, stir, and squeeze the rubber material. The shape, speed, and mutual cooperation mode of the rotors affect the mixing efficiency and quality, continuously turning, folding, and stretching the rubber material in the mixing chamber to achieve the uniform dispersion of various components.
- Mixing Chamber: Usually a jacketed hollow structure, through which cooling or heating media can be passed to control the temperature during the mixing process. The inner wall of the mixing chamber is polished, plated with hard chrome, or lined with wear-resistant materials to prevent material adhesion and wear.
- Rotors: The rotor shaft wing body top and wing corner are welded with wear-resistant alloy to improve the wear resistance and service life of the rotors. The rotor blades have a specific shape and helix angle to enhance the shearing and mixing effects.
- Sealing Structure: Adopting an effective sealing device to prevent the leakage of rubber material during the mixing process, ensuring the normal operation of the equipment and the cleanliness of the working environment.
- Pneumatic Control System: Controlled by PLC instructions, a bidirectional air cylinder controls the up and down movement of the ram. In case of overload in the mixing chamber, the top ram can be automatically or manually raised as necessary to protect the motor from overload.
- Mixing Chamber Volume: 110L working volume, and the total volume is about 250L.
- Drive Motor Power: Usually around 185kW.
- Tilting Motor Power: About 4 - 5.5kW.
- Rotational Speed of the Rotor: The front and rear rotor speeds are about 30 / 24.5 r/min.
- Pressure of Compressed Air: ≥ 1.5 m³/min.
- Pressure of Cooling Water: 0.3 - 0.4 MPa (for rubber mixing).
- Pressure of Heating Steam: 0.5 - 0.8 MPa (for plastic mixing).
- Operation: Before starting the machine, it is necessary to check whether the various components are in normal condition, whether the air pressure, water pressure, and voltage meet the process requirements, and whether the temperature measurement system, timing device, and power system indication and recording are normal. During the operation, the material should be added in strict accordance with the process requirements and the specified sequence, and the pressure and temperature should be controlled within the appropriate range2.
- Maintenance: Regularly check the wear of the rotors, the sealing performance of the sealing device, and the operation of the pneumatic and electric control systems. Clean the mixing chamber and the surface of the rotors in time after each use to prevent material adhesion and corrosion. Replace the worn parts in time to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
