The basic structure of the flat belt vulcanizer:
1.The flat belt vulcanizer mainly consists of upper and lower hot plates (with a middle hot plate in the case of a double-layer structure), upper and lower beams, a movable platform, a plunger, a hydraulic cylinder and a frame plate (or a column).
2.Usually the hydraulic cylinder and the lower beam are made into one piece.
3.The frame plate (or column), the upper and lower beams form a closed force system.
4.The upper hot plate is bolted to the upper beam, and the lower hot plate is placed on the movable platform of each hydraulic cylinder plunger.
5.The working medium of the hydraulic cylinder is pressure oil or pressure water, and pressure oil is generally used at present.
The compression moulding press is a press with a heated plate. It has the characteristics of simple structure, high pressure and wide adaptability. It is mainly used for the vulcanization of small and medium-sized mold products, tapes, rubber sheets, etc. 2. Classification

Specifications of flat plate vulcanizers:
It can be expressed by the "length x width" of the heating plate, or by its nominal tonnage, or a combination of the two, in millimeters and tons.
For example: 350x350 mm
It means a flat plate vulcanizer with a heating plate area of 350 mm long and 350 mm wide.
For example: 25/350x350 flat plate vulcanizer
25 means its nominal tonnage is 25 tons, and 350x350 means the specifications of the heating plate.Technical

Structural features:
1. All adopt frame-type welding structure, which has the following main advantages over column type: high parallelism accuracy: pressure is evenly distributed on the entire vulcanizer working surface: long service life of hot plate.
2. The surface temperature of hot plate is evenly distributed, heating and cooling cycle is short, and the hydraulically operated "clamping and stretching device" is fixed on the lower crossbeam and accurately positioned with the main machine.
3. Equipped with "balancing device" to keep the hot plate parallel when the vulcanizer is closed
4. Equipped with "shim device", hydraulically operated, can ensure that the tape has an accurate width. Use hydraulic pressure to move the levers on both sides of the hot plate to push the shim forward and backward. This device can accurately center the tape, eliminating manual operation, helping to prevent damage to the tape and hot plate, and shortening the operation time.
