Production Line Introduction:

The EPDM rubber sealing strip production line is mainly composed of the following parts:
1.Extrusion part
- Extruder: Generally, a cold-feed single-screw extruder is used. It has high production efficiency and stable production. It can continuously press out the plastic rubber through the die to make it a product with a cross-sectional shape.
- Extrusion mold: It is a key component for product molding. Its function is to convert the cylindrical melt provided by the extruder into a parison with a similar cross-section and geometric dimensions to the channel, and then obtain a profiled product with good performance through subsequent processes.

2.Vulcanization part
- Vulcanization box: EPDM rubber sealing strips are usually vulcanized in a hot air vulcanization box. The length of the vulcanization box is generally about 30 meters. The interior is made of 304 stainless steel. High-temperature hot air is used to vulcanize rubber products, so that the sealing strip has better physical properties and chemical stability.

3.Cooling and shaping part
- Cooling water tank: The cooling and shaping table is equipped with a water tank and a water circulation system. The water tank is made of stainless steel and adopts a circulating water spray cooling method, which can quickly cool down and shape the extruded and vulcanized sealing strip to ensure the product size accuracy and appearance quality.
Traction part
- Traction machine: Generally, it is a variable frequency speed regulation type, which is used to continuously and automatically lead the cooled and hardened sealing strip out of the machine head to ensure the continuous operation of the production line, and the traction speed can be adjusted according to production needs.

4.Cutting and collection part
- Cutting machine: After being controlled by the travel switch according to the required length, it automatically cuts and pushes down with a delay to implement flow production. The cutting machine uses the fixed length switch signal as an instruction to complete the entire cutting process and keep synchronization with the profile operation. The cutting process is completed by electric and pneumatic drives, and a dust suction device is provided to suck out and recycle the debris generated by cutting in time.
