I. Mixing link

3. Process parameters:
- During mixing, the roller temperature, roller pitch and mixing time need to be reasonably adjusted according to the characteristics of the rubber and product requirements. Generally, the roller temperature is between 60℃ and 120℃, the roller pitch is adjusted according to the hardness and fluidity of the rubber, and the mixing time is usually about 20-40 minutes.
III. Calendering process
1. Function:
- The mixed rubber is passed through the roller gap of the calender to be calendered into a rubber sheet with a certain thickness and width.
- At the same time, the rubber sheet can be surface treated during the calendering process, such as glue coating, glue rubbing, etc., to improve the quality and appearance of the rubber sheet.
2. Equipment features:
