Working process of plate vulcanizer
1 Heating stage: Use electric heating or other heating methods to heat the upper and lower heating plates to the preset vulcanization temperature.
2. Pressurization stage: Place the rubber or plastic product to be vulcanized between the two heating plates, and apply pressure through the hydraulic system or mechanical system to ensure that the product is subjected to uniform pressure.
3. Vulcanization stage: Under the combined action of high temperature and pressure, the molecules in the rubber or plastic undergo cross-linking reactions to complete the vulcanization process. The vulcanization time is set according to the material properties and process requirements.
4. Cooling stage: After the vulcanization is completed, stop heating and may cool down to reduce the product temperature for easy removal.
5. Demolding stage: Open the plate and take out the vulcanized product.
