Rubber Flap Flange Type Water Silicone Duckbill Check Valve
Duckbill check valve slowly closing cut off valve is a new water supply and drainage valve with full rubber structure ,”duck-mouthed” appearance and function of “positive flow –in and reserve-off”. According to thrust analysis and calculation as well as different operation condition .it is manufactured with different design mechanism and different rubber products by special processing .At positive operation the water flow in form entrance and the valve will be open at weak hydraulic pressure ;the hydraulic pressure id higher ,the valve gate will open more greatly and the water flow is greater .At reserve operation ,the valve gate closes naturally and seals tightly cut-off valve ;the back pressure is higher ,the valve gate closes more tightly and the seal effect is better .it is used widely in various drainage exit to prevent form pouring backwards and flowing backwards in city planning ,water conservancy and sewage disposal etc. it is the ideal product to replace flap valve.

Features & Benefits
•Packaged in pallet box containers or on pallets, adequately protected for shipment.
•Each valve is individually tested.
•Various materials and services available to meet your unique requireme
Application:
Mainly used in water systems, drainage systems, outlet of water pumps and upgrading the pumping station and liquid aeration system.Rubber flange and valve body are as a whole, so the installation is very convenient. The valve body is designed with a full rubber, which will not cause siltation and stickin. It reduces the maintenance cost, and allow the solid particles to pass smoothly.
