Carbon Steel Flanged Flexible Joint Single Sphere Rubber Expansion Joint
Flexible joint is a tubular rubber part composed of inner and outer rubber, cord and steel ring. After high temperature and high pressure vulcanization, the flexible joint is loosely combined with metal flange or parallel joint.
The flexible joint makes use of the advantages of rubber, such as high elasticity, high gas resistance, medium resistance, weather resistance and radiation resistance. The flexible joint can reduce the vibration and noise of the pipeline, and can compensate the thermal expansion and cold contraction caused by the change of temperature. Flexible joints can be divided into three categories: general, special and heat-resistant
1. Universal flexible joint: suitable for transporting water at - 15 ℃ ~ 80 ℃ and acid or alkali solution with concentration less than 10%.
2. Special flexible joint: suitable for special functions, such as oil resistance, plug resistance, ozone resistance, wear resistance or chemical corrosion resistance.
3. Heat resistant flexible joint: suitable for transporting water with temperature higher than 80 ℃.
