China High Flexible Rigid Waterproof Casing For Concrete Wall

Waterproof casing is also called through wall casing, through wall pipe. Flexible waterproof casing is generally applicable to the structure where the pipe passes through the wall and is subject to vibration or strict waterproof requirements. After the processing of the casing part, the outer wall shall be painted with one coat of primer (primer includes camphor or cold primer oil). Waterproof casing is divided into rigid waterproof casing and flexible waterproof casing. The two are mainly used in different places. The flexible waterproof casing is mainly used in the places with high requirements such as civil air defense walls and pools, while the rigid waterproof casing is generally used in the places where the pipelines need to pass through the pipelines such as basements.

Performance of rigid waterproof casing

1. Flexible waterproof sleeve: the outer part is welded with water stop wing ring, the inner part is equipped with sealing gasket, and the flange is connected with inner wire. It is designed and customized according to the actual situation of pipeline installation. It is used for waterproof on both sides of the wall. It is recommended that you use flexible waterproof sleeve. For example, both ends of the pipe wall of the submersible pump water supply and drainage system should be given waterproof treatment to prevent water seepage of the structure!

2. Rigid waterproof casing: the outer wall of casing is welded with waterproof wing ring. According to the structural engineering drawings issued by the Design Institute, the waterproof sleeve is embedded in the concrete wall in advance. If only the waterproof performance of both sides of the wall and the displacement and deformation of the pipeline are considered after the pipeline passes through the wall, the rigid waterproof sleeve can be selected, which is mostly used for the wall waterproof of basement and civil air defense engineering.
