Sleeve Compensator
Maintenance free direct buried single way sleeve compensator is one of the compensators. It is widely used in many industries because of its advantages of long service life, good corrosion resistance, no requirement for chloride ion content, bidirectional compensation and increasing compensation amount.
Performance of Sleeve compensator
This product adopts the composite sealing structure of formed packing and semi-solid sealing oil, which has the advantages of good sealing performance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and plugging under pressure, and can ensure the long-term stable operation of the pipeline.

Sleeve compensator advantage
1. It can improve the safety and stability of the whole pipe network.
2. The sleeve expansion joint is suitable for medium engineering pressure ≤ 2.5MPa and medium temperature - 40 ℃ ~ 600 ℃.
3. The new sealing material flexible graphite ring is adopted, which has the characteristics of high strength, low friction coefficient, no aging, good effect and convenient maintenance.
4. The service life is long, and the fatigue life is equivalent to that of the pipeline.
5. The sleeve expansion joint has no requirements for chloride ion content, and is suitable for systems with excessive chloride ion in medium or surrounding environment.
Sleeve compensator application
Directly buried sleeve compensator is a compensation device for hot fluid pipeline, which is mainly used for auxiliary equipment of linear pipeline. Suitable for hot water, steam, grease and other media. Thermal expansion compensation can be realized through the sliding movement of the sliding sleeve.
