DN100 Single Sphere Rubber Flexible EPDM Connection Type For Rubber Bellows

The connection type of the Rubber bellows involves the use of SS304 stainless steel flanges. These flanges are designed to fit securely with the piping system, ensuring a leak-proof and reliable connection. The use of SS304 stainless steel provides excellent corrosion resistance, making the joint suitable for use in environments where aggressive chemicals or high temperatures are present. The single-sphere design provides flexibility, allowing the joint to accommodate axial, angular, and lateral movements in the piping system.

Performance characteristics of Rubber Bellows

Rubber bellows can be divided into three categories: general, special and heat-resistant

1. Universal rubber bellows: suitable for transporting water at - 15 ℃ ~ 80 ℃ and acid or alkali solution with concentration less than 10%.

2. Special rubber bellows: suitable for special functions, such as oil resistance, plug resistance, ozone resistance, wear resistance or chemical corrosion resistance.

3. Heat resistant rubber bellows: suitable for transporting water with temperature higher than 80 ℃.
