Product Introduction
PTFE-lined corrugated compensator is a kind of equipment used to compensate for the displacement caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction in the pipeline system, especially suitable for the pipeline system of strong corrosive media. This compensator provides excellent corrosion resistance through its internal polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) lining, which protects the bellows from damage.

Product Advantages
1. High temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high pressure resistance
Because this product adopts special high-grade PTFE hose, high-temperature resistant woven mesh and Japan advanced technology stainless steel double-buckle spiral hose, it is suitable for special environments of high temperature, corrosion and high pressure. The inside of the hose can withstand 250°C of high temperature steam under the air pressure of 3kg/cm², and the temperature of the skin does not exceed 60°C, ensuring the safety of operation. This product can be used normally under a steam pressure of 10kg/cm².
2. Light weight and strong flexibility
This product is specially assembled to weigh only 500 grams for a hose with a total length of 2 m (including both end fittings). It greatly reduces the working intensity of the operator, and at the same time, the softness is strong, and the free bending does not hinder the ventilation of the folds.
3. Strong resistance to vandalism
This product can withstand 180kg of tension due to the protection of stainless steel double-buckle self-locking spiral hose with advanced technology from Japan, and there is no damage during normal use.

Product installation precautions
1. The installation of the compensator should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the pipeline construction drawings and the installation instructions of the compensator.
2. The pipeline for installing the compensator must be properly guided and fixed in order to make the compensator play a role, so the setting of the guide and fixing bracket must be carried out in strict accordance with the relevant technical data of the design department. For the setting principles of guide and fixed brackets, please refer to the "Corrugated Compensator Installation Guide".
3. The bellows used in the compensator is formed with thin-walled stainless steel plates, so it is necessary to pay attention not to damage the bellows due to knocking, scratching, arc striking, welding splash and other reasons during transportation, hoisting and welding.
4. Before installation, the bellows and foreign objects in the pipeline should be removed to ensure the normal movement of the bellows.
5. The compensator with flow direction requirements should be installed according to the requirements of the medium flow direction arrow.
6. In order to make the bellows in good working condition, the deformation of the compensator, including axial, transverse, torsion, etc., can not be used to correct the installation error of the pipe system position during installation.
7. After the compensator is installed, all yellowed transport fixing screws should be removed before the system is operated.
