Corrugated compensator classification

Product installation and maintenance
1. Pre-installation inspection: Ensure that the actual length of the expansion joint is consistent with the specified maximum installation length, if it is inconsistent, it needs to be adjusted with an adjusting screw.
2. Installation length: The installation length of the one-time compensation expansion joint should be equal to the shortest working length plus the maximum compensation amount.
3. Preheating and welding: After the pipe network is preheated, the jacket of the expansion joint is welded twice at the lap joint, so that it is fixed and no longer has a compensating effect.
4. Pressure test: After installation, the pressure test needs to be carried out, and the test pressure is 1.5 times of the design pressure.
5. Thermal insulation treatment: The expansion joint should be insulated as a whole, and the thickness of the insulation layer should be consistent with or similar to the thickness of the pipeline insulation layer.
