Product Introduction
Bellow expansion joint is a compensation element, effective use of bellows telescopic body deformation, dimensional change in absorption pipeline, pipe, thermal expansion and contraction caused by pipeline transverse and angular displacement. It is mainly used for noise reduction and vibration reduction. It is widely used in modern industry.
Product structure composition

How to use the product
1. Before installation, the corrugated compensator should check its model, specification and pipeline configuration to meet the design requirements.
2. Attention should be paid to the corrugated compensator with an inner sleeve to make the direction of the inner sleeve consistent with the direction of medium flow, and the hinge rotation plane of the hinge corrugated compensator should be consistent with the displacement rotation plane.
3. The corrugated compensator that needs to be "cold tightened", and the auxiliary components used for pre-deformation should be removed after the pipeline is installed.
4. It is strictly forbidden to adjust the installation deviation of the pipeline by the method of deformation of the corrugated compensator, so as not to affect the normal function of the compensator, reduce the service life and increase the load of the piping, equipment and supporting components.
5. During the installation process, welding slag is not allowed to splash on the surface of the corrugated shell, and the corrugated shell is not allowed to be damaged by other machinery.
6. After the installation of the pipe system is completed, the color-assisted positioning components and fasteners used for installation and transportation on the corrugated compensator should be removed as soon as possible, and the limiting device should be adjusted to the specified position according to the design requirements, so that the pipe system has sufficient compensation ability under environmental conditions.
7. All the moving elements of the compensator shall not be stuck by external components or limit their range of activity, and the normal operation of each moving part shall be carried out.
