Product Introduction
D-type large deflection loose sleeve compensation joint is a commonly used compensation device in urban heating and gas pipelines, with double compensation function, suitable for displacement and axial thrust compensation. Its components include loose sleeve compensating joints, limiting devices, sealing rings and brackets. The working principle is that when the pipeline is displaced, the loose sleeve compensation joint can move freely, and when the displacement reaches a certain amount, the limiting device works, and the sealing ring maintains the sealing performance. In the design and installation, the displacement and direction of the pipeline should be fully considered, and the type and specification of the compensation joint should be reasonably selected.
How the product works
1. When the pipeline is displaced due to temperature changes or other factors, the loose sleeve compensation joint can move freely along the axial and radial directions of the short pipe to achieve displacement compensation.
2. When the displacement reaches a certain amount, the limiting device plays a role to prevent further displacement of the pipeline and protect the safety of the pipeline and support.
3. During operation, the sealing ring always maintains good sealing performance to prevent media leakage.

Product installation precautions
