Product structure features

Spherical compensator (also known as ball joint), mainly relying on the angular displacement of the ball to absorb or compensate for the lateral displacement in one or more directions of the pipeline, the compensator should be used in pairs, a single spherical compensator has no compensation ability, can be used as a pipeline universal joint. The compensator has a large amount of compensation, no blind force, small force on the fixed pipe frame, and the sealing adopts the injectable combination sealing technology to achieve long-term reliable sealing.

Product specifications and models

The body and gland of all specifications and models of e-type spherical compensation joints shall be made of QT450-10 or less ductile iron, and the nodularization level shall not be lower than the level 4 specified in the new standard GB/T9441 of "Metallographic Inspection of Spherical Compensation Joints" (that is, the nodularity rate shall not be less than 70%), and meet the requirements of the new standard of "Ductile Iron Castings" GB/T1348. E-type spherical compensation joint pipe and short pipe can be Q235-A or QT450-10 (or other materials, bidders must specify the material of the product). Among them, the E-type spherical compensation joint contains a single-head flange short pipe and the length is not less than 15cm.
