Product Introduction
Spherical compensation joints are mainly suitable for pipeline connections with large ground subsidence, large vibration and complex terrain. After being installed on the pipeline, the sphere can rotate freely in the θ angle range with the center of rotation to compensate for the deflection of the pipeline caused by foundation settlement, thermal expansion and cold contraction. It has the advantages of large amount of compensation, small space occupied, small fluid resistance, easy installation and low comprehensive cost.

Preparation and inspection of the product before installation
1. Before installation, the appearance of the spherical compensator should be carefully inspected to ensure that it is not damaged or deformed, and to confirm that its specifications match the piping system to be installed.
2. Prepare the required installation tools, such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pipe cutters, etc., to ensure that the tools are complete and in good condition.
3. Check whether the specifications and models of the compensator are completely consistent with the design drawings or customized requirements, including key parameters such as diameter, length, material, working pressure and temperature range.
Product installation steps
1. Use a pipe cutter to cut the pipe to the appropriate length to ensure that the end face of the pipe is flat, smooth and free of burrs.
2. Place the spherical compensator on the cut pipe, make sure that the ball of the compensator coincides with the pipe axis, and use a wrench to fasten the connector.
3. According to the design requirements, use brackets or hangers to fix the spherical compensator in the appropriate position to ensure that it is stable and reliable, and will not be displaced due to pipeline vibration.
4. After the installation is completed, check the sealing performance of the spherical compensator to ensure that there is no leakage.
Product installation precautions
1. Ensure that the coaxiality between the spherical compensator and the pipeline is not more than 3mm, and the unilateral misalignment is not more than 2mm.
2. Arrange the spherical compensator as close to the elbow as possible, and lengthen the spherical centroid distance to reduce mutual influence.
3. Temporary support devices should be added at both ends of the spherical compensator, and the temporary facilities should be removed after the pipeline is installed and fixed, and whether there is uneven settlement.
4. The two pipe racks near the spherical compensator should be equipped with guides.
