Product Introduction
Double ball rubber joint is a kind of pipe joint with high elasticity, high air tightness, medium resistance and weather resistance, which is composed of an inner rubber layer, a reinforcing layer (multi-layer squeegee nylon cord fabric) and a rubber pipe with an outer rubber layer.
These joints are designed to reduce vibration and noise, and to compensate for thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes.
The double-ball design not only enhances flexibility, but also greatly improves its pressure-bearing capacity and fatigue resistance, ensuring the tightness, corrosion resistance and aging resistance of the joint.
In addition, the metal skeleton of the double ball rubber joint is mostly made of stainless steel or high-strength alloy steel, which further improves the overall strength and stability, so that it can evenly distribute the stress when subjected to high pressure, and effectively avoid the risk of rupture caused by single-point concentrated force.
The elastic properties of rubber can effectively absorb and slow down pipeline vibrations, reduce noise pollution, and improve the quality of the working environment.
Installation method
1. It is strictly forbidden to install beyond the displacement limit.
2. The installation bolts should be symmetrical, and gradually pressurized and tightened to prevent local leakage.
3. When the working pressure is above 1.6MPa, the installation bolt should have an elastic pressure pad to prevent the bolt from loosening during work.
4. When installed vertically, the two ends of the joint pipe should be supported by vertical force, and anti-pull-off devices can be adopted to prevent the work from being pulled off under pressure.
5. The installation part of the double sphere rubber joint should be far away from the heat source and ozone area, and it is strictly forbidden to expose to strong radiation rays and use media that do not meet the requirements of this product.
