Carbon steel high air tightness flanged rubber expansion joint
Product standards
The standards for rubber soft joints mainly include the following:
GB/T 9124-2010 "Steel Flange Rubber Soft Joints": Suitable for steel flange connections in industrial piping systems.
GB/T 14700-2010 "Non-metallic Flange Rubber Soft Joints": Suitable for non-metallic flange connections in industrial piping systems.
GB/T 17241.6-2008 "Rubber Soft Joints": Applicable to rubber soft joints in general industrial piping systems.
CJ/T 175-2002 "Rubber Soft Joints for Building Water Supply and Drainage": Suitable for rubber soft joints in building water supply and drainage systems.
CJ/T 240-2007 "Rubber Soft Joints for Thermal Piping": Suitable for rubber soft joints in thermal piping systems.
These standards stipulate the requirements for the material, structure, size, test method and other requirements of rubber soft joints to ensure their safety and reliability during use.
The process of making the product
The linear molecular structure of plastic rubber is transformed into a three-dimensional network structure with a three-dimensional network structure, the inner layer is colloidal, the middle layer is reinforced with SNT series nylon 66 ultra-high-strength industrial wire cord fabric, and the rubber curved ball with outer rubber layer composite is vulcanized by injection pressure method, and is composed of cast iron and forged metal flanges.
