Jis 10k Carbon Steel Flange Bellow Twin Sphere Rubber Flexible Joint

Double sphere rubber bellows coupling is generally consist of the inner and the outer rubber layer and fabric reinforced layer (the enhancement layer has a multilayer spreading cord fabric), vulcanization molded in high temperature and high pressure , then assembly together with rubber tube and metal flange or parallel joint sleeve.

Classification of double ball rubber joints: buckle groove rubber joints, flanged rubber joints, negative pressure resistant rubber joints, high pressure resistant rubber joints, anti-pull-off limit rubber joints, etc.

Installation method
The installation bolts of the double ball rubber joint should be tightened symmetrically and gradually to prevent local leakage. Keep away from heat sources during installation. Because the pipe body is tightly combined and deforms less under pressure, the double ball rubber joint has a strong bearing pressure and excellent pulse performance.
