Flange expansion joint installation method
1. When installing rubber joints, it is forbidden to install them beyond the displacement limit.
2. The mounting bolts should be symmetrical, gradually pressurized and tightened to prevent local leakage.
3.1.6MPa or more working pressure, install bolts with elastic pressure pad to prevent bolts from loosening during work.
4. The two ends of the joint pipe should be supported by vertical forces when installed vertically, and the anti-pulling device can be adopted to prevent the working pressure from pulling off.
5. The installation part of the rubber joint should be away from heat sources. Ozone area. Strong radiation exposure and use of media that do not meet the requirements of this product are strictly prohibited.
6. Rubber joints are strictly prohibited from cutting the surface and sealing surface with sharp instruments during transportation and loading.
Flange expansion joint instructions
1, High-rise water supply to use this product, the pipeline must have a fixed bracket, otherwise the product should be installed anti-pulling device. The force of the fixed support or bracket must be greater than the axial force, otherwise the anti-pulling device should also be installed.
2, You can choose to use the working pressure according to your own pipeline: 0.25Mpa, 1.0Mpa, 1.6Mpa, 2.5Mpa, 4.0Mpa flexible rubber joint, connection size refer to the "Flange size table".
