Use and installation of the product
1. During the construction process, the reducer rubber joint pipeline must be in a natural state, and there shall be no artificial deformation during installation. When the pipeline medium is resistant to acid and alkali, oil, high temperature and other special materials, it is advisable to choose a joint with a grade higher than the working pressure of the pipeline.
2. The normal applicable medium for eccentric rubber joints of different diameters is ordinary water at a temperature of 0-60 °C. For special media such as oil, acid and alkali, high temperature and other corrosive and hard media, the corresponding special corrosion-resistant materials should be selected, and the rubber joints can not be blind or universal.
3. When the displacement of the pipeline is greater than or equal to the maximum compensation amount of the joint, the number of joints should be increased to make the displacement parallel. It is strictly forbidden to adjust the tolerance of the pipe so that the joint is in a state of extreme deflection displacement and deviation, and it is not allowed to exceed the limit (expansion, displacement, deflection, etc.)
4. For high-rise water supply or suspended water supply, the pipeline should be fixed on the hanger, bracket or anchor frame, and the joint should not bear the weight and axial force of the pipeline itself, otherwise the joint should be equipped with an anti-detachment device (its bearing capacity must be greater than the axial force of the pipeline).
5. When installing eccentric rubber joints of different diameters, the screw rod of the bolt should extend out of the outside of the joint, and the bolts on the end face of each flange should be tightened evenly with diagonal pressure repeatedly to prevent bias. Threaded fittings should be tightened evenly using a standard wrench. Do not force the live joint to slide, slide or break off with a force. It should be inspected regularly to avoid loosening and causing water to fall off or seepage.
6. When using or storing eccentric reducing rubber joints, high temperature, ozonated oil and acid-alkali environment should be avoided. Outdoor use or sunny and windward pipes should be built with sunshades, and sun, rain and wind blowing are strictly prohibited. It is strictly forbidden to paint or wrap insulation materials on the joint surface. Due to the aging problem of rubber products, they should be checked and replaced in time.
