How the product works
PTFE-lined rubber joints absorb displacement, vibration, and pressure fluctuations in piping systems through the expansion and deformation of their elastomers. Specifically, it is able to compensate for the axial, lateral or angular displacement of the pipeline within a certain range, absorb mechanical vibrations, reduce noise transmission, and cushion pressure fluctuations to protect the pipeline system from damage.

Preparation before product installation
Adequate preparation must be carried out before the installation can be officially started. Here are a few things you need to be aware of:
1. Check the integrity of the product: After receiving the PTFE rubber connector lined with the lining, first carefully check whether the appearance of the product and the lining are intact. If the PTFE layer is cracked or damaged, it will affect its ability to resist corrosion, thus greatly shortening the service life.
2. Confirm the specifications and models: Select the appropriate joint according to the size and working conditions of the actual pipeline. PTFE-lined fittings are available in a variety of sizes to ensure that their diameters, pressure ratings, and materials match the pipe.
3. Handling of pipe ports: When installing, the ports of the pipe must be smooth and clean, without any sharp objects or burrs, so as not to scratch the lining layer of the joint during the installation process.
4. Confirmation of environmental conditions: Ensure that the installation environment meets the requirements of the joint, especially in the environment of high temperature or strong chemical corrosion, and pay special attention to protection during installation.
How to install the product
When installing PTFE-lined fittings, the following steps need to be strictly followed:
1. Positioning and alignment: Align the two ends of the joint with the pipe flange to ensure that the bolt hole position of the flange matches. This step is critical because asymmetrical installation can lead to uneven stress on the joint, resulting in deformation of the joint or damage to the lining.
2. Tighten the bolts step by step: When installing the flange connection, the diagonal fastening method is adopted, that is, the bolts are tightened one by one in the diagonal order to ensure that the flange is evenly stressed. Be careful not to overtighten it at one time to avoid deformation of the rubber joint.
3. Prevent over-displacement and twisting: During installation, make sure that the joints do not appear overstretched, compressed, or twisted. These conditions can lead to tears in the inner lining, which reduces the tightness and durability of the joint.

Q: Is the flange galvanized?
A: Yes,carbon steel flange not painting anticorrosive paint must be galvanized in order to avoid rusting.Usually,we choose electronic galvanized and hot dip galvanized,and most of our customers will choose hot galvanized.
Q: What kind of standard of your drilled flange?
A: Besides Chinese national standard,we also support ANSI,BS,JIS and so on. If you can give us the center distance of the hole,the number and diameter,we can also produce customized flange.
Q: Can I only buy ball without the flange?
A: Yes,and the price will be cheaper, for small diameter rubber joint, we have goods in stock and we can offer you a free hydrotest, but for large diameter rubber joint you need order.
Q: Can the inner layer rubber and outside layer rubber be made using different rubber?
A: Yes,we can produce the rubber joint according to the environment the rubber joint is used in,and we will choose different rubber of the inner layer and outside layer.
Q: How long is your product's warranty?
