Installation method of fully sealed rubber joint on the end face
1. When the rubber joint is installed, it is strictly forbidden to install beyond the displacement limit.
2. The installation bolts should be symmetrical, and gradually pressurized and tightened to prevent local leakage.
3. For working pressure above 1.6MPa, the installation bolt should have an elastic pressure pad to prevent the bolt from loosening during work.
4. When installed vertically, both ends of the joint pipe should be supported by vertical force, and anti-pull-off devices can be adopted to prevent the work from being pulled off under pressure.
5. The rubber joint installation part should be kept away from the heat source. Ozone area. It is strictly forbidden to expose to strong radiation rays and use media that do not meet the requirements of this product.
