Customized Acid Alkali High Temperature Resistant Clamp Type Flexible Rubber Joint Pipeline Shock Absorber
The clamp-type flexible rubber joint uses a reinforced stainless steel 304 clamp.
It is composed of a fabric-reinforced rubber sphere and a metal clamp, and is used for pipeline vibration isolation and noise reduction, and displacement compensation;
It is a pipeline joint with high elasticity, high air tightness, medium resistance and weather resistance.
The DN50-DN600 KXT clamp-type flexible rubber joint uses a clamp instead of a flange and bolts.
When in use, the two ends of the clamp rubber joint can be
conveniently mounted on the pipe to be connected, and the rubber joint is fixedly connected to the pipe through a stainless steel clamp.
When disassembling, just loosen the clamp; thereby achieving the purpose of compensating for the displacement of the pipe caused by thermal expansion and contraction and water delivery.

Installation steps of clamp joint
1. Clean the end of the pipe to ensure there are no burrs
2. Put the rubber joint on the pipe and adjust it to the appropriate position
3. Tighten it with a clamp to ensure uniform force (avoid leakage caused by over-tightening on one side)
