600-1800 High Precision Eva Roll Sheet Splitting Machine For Different Thickness

USAGE :

This machine is suitable to cut rubber foam board, EVA foam board sports soles, beach shoes, slippers and other materials' in concave-convex shape.

MACHINE FEATURE :

Equipped with a standard set of custom pressure-shape roll. Based on design of the mould to split the materials with special emboss.

The blade with clamping plate is treated with spray-welded tungsten steel, which is resistant to wear, is not easy to deform, and does not clamp the blade.

The concave-convex mould is easy to change according to customer's requirement.

The machine also has following feature: High quality, durable, simple maintenance, safe and reliable.

PE/EVA splitting machine is suitable for the highly and lowly foaming and processing of rubber, PE and EVA, featuring high speed and high accuracy.

1. Easy operation, high speed, high precision, top level quality.

2. Tape blade holder have been tungsten hardened completely against abrasive and distortion.

3. Easy and accurate automatic digital control the up & down adjustment of wheels.

4. Mechanical gearbox for quick shift, steady output, low malfunction.

5. Synchronized blade holder sliders to remain adjusted precision after movement of blade holder.

6. Reinforced sliders to keep precision against material with high hardness.

7. All electric control element are imported from Taiwan.

8. Drive bearings are imported to assure long life time and high duration
