EVA Rubber Vertical Sponge Polyurethane Foam Cutting Machine

Product Application:

Mainly used for EPE, sheet, sponge, shoe material, EVA, EPE, rubber, thermal insulation cotton, bubble bag, foam, EPS, non-woven fabric, loofah cloth, bubble film, woven bag, curtain cloth, leather , Palm mat, honeycomb paper, tile paper and other cardboard materials are cut into blocks as needed.

Product Features:

1.Table rail adopts high-precision linear guide rail, which can control the cutting with more precise size, high efficiency, easy pushing and easier work.
2. Simple operation, low failure rate, energy-saving motor, low noise, fast loading and cutting speed.
3. Cutting and sharpening are controlled independently. The sharpening and cutting of the machine are controlled by the secondary circuit, which does not interfere with each other.
4. Easy to adjust cutting size.
5. Multiple cutters with leveling device to ensure more accurate cutting size.
6. Whole machine has open circuit, phase loss and overload protection functions.
7.Universal sharpening device can rotate 360 degrees, completely sharpen the knife belt into an isosceles triangle, and enhance cutting accuracy.
8. High safety. The fully sealed design of the machine complies with industry safety standards. Under any circumstances, the knife belt will not run out of the rack.
