Introduction:

Two roll mixing machine are engineered to provide unmatched performance for masticating and kneading natural rubber,synthetic rubber , EVA or PVC pellets with various chemical materials,This machine is mainly used to plastic ,hot mill and mixing mill of natural and synthetic rubber for rubber product factory

Application:

The machine is simple in structure, easy to manufacture, easy to operate, easy to maintain and disassemble. It is suitable for reclaimed rubber factories, transmission belt factories, conveyor belt factories, rubber products factories, shoe factories, cable factories, hose factories, seals, etc. Rubber, rubber, and plastics related industries. This machine is composed of an integrated base, frame, front and rear rollers, transmission gears, reducers, pitch adjustment devices, roller temperature adjustment devices, safety switches, and electrical control systems. Safety protection devices are installed.
