Application:

It is widely used in rubbers and plastics industry for polymer mixing, such as PVC, color master batch. It consists of roll, bearing, gap adjusting device, electric control system, safety device, etc.

Basic process flow

With the development of modern industry, there are many kinds of rubber products, such as rubber sealing ring, silicone sealing ring, fluorine rubber sealing ring and so on. But its production process is basically the same. The production process of raw rubber products mainly includes: raw material preparation → banburying → mixing → cutting → molding and vulcanization → burr treatment → maintenance → packaging and shipping.

Raw material preparation

The main materials of rubber products are raw rubber and compounding agents. Among them, raw rubber is the basic material, and the compounding agent is an auxiliary material added to improve some properties of rubber products. During the preparation of raw materials, ingredients must be accurately weighed according to the recipe.
