This tester is specially designed for rubber, plastic, paper and various insulation materials to do aging experiments, such as rubber, plastic industry, this machine is used to promote the deterioration of vulcanized rubber; testing to calculate the rate of change of tensile and elongation after the deterioration process at different temperatures and times, in the paper industry is used in the determination of the basis weight and moisture content of paper, etc.. It can study the aging law of rubber and plastic under the action of ozone, quickly identify the aging performance of vulcanized rubber, and provide the basis for improving the service life of rubber and plastic products. 1.1 Design Principle

In general sulfurized rubber products at a fixed temperature of 70 ℃ heating test time for a day (24HR) equivalent to the natural environment in six months of time deterioration.
