The RDV8840G, developed by Ruida Technology, is a cloud-based laser cutting and engraving controller that integrates IoT (Internet of Things) capabilities. This allows users to remotely diagnose faults, upgrade firmware, analyze large-scale fault data, and monitor equipment in real-time through the RDCloud system. Unlike traditional laser cutting systems, the RDV8840G supports a range of communication methods—such as one-to-many, many-to-one, and many-to-many—over a local area network (LAN). This flexible communication framework eliminates the connectivity limitations found in standard controllers, offering enhanced power and scalability through easy LAN integration.
Function description:
1. In addition to the functions of the RDC644X series controller, it supports WlFl communication.
2. To realize lOT functions such as remote equipment shift management, maintenance and repair, alarm
shutdown early warning through the "RDCloud".
3. "RDCloud" supports PC/OS/Android systems, and seamless with enterprise MES and ERP systems.
4. Support one-to-multi and multi-to-one machine environment in the local area network.
5. Integrated CCD vision system, dual-camera interface on-board, perform panoramic vision for MARK point
accurate positioning cutting.
6. Four-axis motor control, support Z-axis lifting and U-axis feeding, and support to define the U-axis as a
rotary axis application.
